I can say I'm not someone who is easily impressed, but was with the entire process and the finished results. From the first time I met with you I could tell that you were passionate, professional and knowledgeable about your projects. The same was true when dealing with Denis and the finishing crew during construction. I had been impressed with some previous Arseno projects that I had viewed, and you were able to take all of my wishlist items combine them into a functional floor plan with the same quality modern flooring, cabinets, finishes and impressive lighting that Arseno has become known for. The build turned out exactly as I had visioned during the initial design stage. The entire process was stress and worry free, even with building during an abnormally harsh winter. I was able to sit back and have complete confidence in the work being done. The build required no supervision on my part. All of the finishing vendors and suppliers had the same knowledgeable and calm approach when helping make decisions on finishing selections. I can say that I still take a look back at the house every morning when I drive away to work, proud of how it turned out.  Thanks again.

We decided to consider Paul’s team for our build after viewing his homes on his company’s website. Living in Alberta at the time, we contacted Paul to mention our interest in his homes. Within only a couple conversations, we knew he was the builder for us and the worry of taking on a new build from so far away was completely gone!! Two weeks following our initial conversation, he had designed the layout we wanted and our house was started. He took the time to keep us informed regularly, even sending us pictures and videos of the progress made, and this, right up until we were physically in New Brunswick. He met with us the day after we arrived in the province, walked us through the house and gave us a detailed schedule of the steps to take place over the next few months. We knew exactly who to contact and where to go to make our finishing selections. The suppliers were also very easy to deal with and super helpful. A great indicator of the type of builder he is, Paul’s suppliers had nothing but great things to say about him and his team members’ work ethic, organizational skills, personal implication in the builds, finishing style and selections, etc. The Arseno General Contracting Team built us a home we absolutely love that represents us as a family.
